RULES OF THE HOUSE
We do not rent to anyone under the age of 21 for obvious reasons.
Check out time will be 1:00pm, you will be charged for extended time if not out by then.
Sorry, NO pets in the house. They can be kenneled in the garage or outside. We cannot be responsible for injury to pets running loose. Your deposit can be lost for pets in the house.
Going beyond the fence around the buildings will be considered trespassing. That’s a real No-No!
You are responsible for the safety of children in your care. It is your responsibility to make sure they understand the rules.
You may use the garage, with the inside opening/closing control.
There is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE. That’s a sizable deposit to lose for a cigarette.
In case of storms, there is a space in the basement for your safety. Electrical breakers are also located in the basement if you “Blow a fuse”.
Trash receptacles are available. Please use them.
The washer and dryer are available for your use if needed.
The television is connected to an antenna, you will be able to get multiple channels.
The kitchen is stocked with basic supplies, if you have special needs, you should provide them.
The furnishings and equipment in the house are our personal property and you will be held responsible for lost or damaged items.
There is a grill provided for you to use. PLEASE USE CARE
